You never ask, why dis government is about loan, loan and loan, but you are condemning somebori wey express is frustration. Ahbeg is dere no more freedom of speech?

Of course there is freedom of speech but it has to be with an open mind. This is a credit scheme targeted at the youth to encourage productivity.

For crying out loud, we all know that an average fresh graduate has potentials, has ideas on what to do even while going into the labour market.

It has never happened in this country before, for a government to unveil a single -digit credit scheme and extend it to the youth corp members without collateral or guarantor.

It is also a known fact that the number of qualified graduates far outweighs the available jobs and I can tell you for free that majority of these people have one skill or the other that can actually help them achieve their dreams.

Now that the government has realized this and come up with a solution, the first thing somebody could say is "the government is about loans, loans, loans!".

That is unfair.

If he was a fresh graduate and has a skill that he just needs a little push to start something, he wouldn't say that.

You don't have to discredit every effort of the government. If there are things that are yet undone, call their attention to those things and make separate cases for them.

As far back as 2011, they were giving up to 250,000 interest free loans under the NYSC/MDGs War Against Poverty (WAP) scheme. They even trained corp members on agro businesses such as poultry farming, snail farming, plantain sucker production, grass cutter farming, etc.
See what this government has become and somebody will say we are making progress.

If we are really honest, Tinubu is a visionary leader. Nigerians should just be patient cos he will turnaround the economy of the country. He did things similar like this as governor. Everything should not bitterness and hatred. Before is coming things has gotten spoilt and it was a calculation of lack of visionary leaders since 1999. Rome was not built a day.

Una. We all know things like this can't be sustained. We don't need loans. We need this country to work! By getting basic infrastructures right. Labour laws right. Education right. Power right. And all of the fundamental things right. Then schemes like this can be built on top of those. Else, this is just another fooling, and an avenue for public theft.

Appreciate it wen it's not free or something they will work for? But a loan?
Wat can one do wit a loan of 200k? Most them will end up squandering the money and thereby becoming a debtor.

Anyways, I don't fancy anything loan. I value my peace of mind.

If you are bigger than 200k. Why complaining again? When millions of Nigerians will be glad to collect the loan and make use of it.

If you need bigger loan, the government just approved some billions of naira to the bank of agriculture, why can't you go to that BOA and apply for a huge loan instead of wasting your time to become a social media nuisance
