Billion of dollars were looted and rebooted.

Even though Buhari was worse security wise. He did far more project.....lagos to ibadan rail and road, 2nd niger bridge, kano maradi rail, Ajaokuta to Kano gas pipeline......

An Appeals court cleared him in 2015.
Again, another Court cleared him in 2022.

The first Court held that Jonathan was only sworn-in to complete Yar'Adua's tenure. So Jonathan had only one term. In 2018, a new law was introduced that once you are sworn-in to complete the term of a late Governor or President, you can only serve one more term, like the Aiyedatiwa situation in Ondo.

The second Court in 2022 held that laws are not retrogressive. Meaning if there is an existing law that all thieves should be freed after two years. That a new law comes into existence hanging thieves does not affect thieves who were arrested before the new law. In essence, Jonathan is qualified to contest only but one term.
