Baba, let's be honest now, look at the players on that list and the players at Barca and Madrid. Most of the player he even gets are cast off from other big clubs or old players past their prime. For the quality of players he gets, he has been pretty consistent, he has only finished below 75 points twice in the last 10 yrs.
If you want to know the true quality of his players, make a combine 11 of his players and either Barca or Madrid and let's see how many of his players will make it into the team.

No coach is a magician. Put Guardiola, Flick or any top coach there and they won't do much better than Simeone has been doing (Nicking the Laliga every once in a blue moon when the two Spanish giants have an underwhelming season)..

Two La Liga titles, two super cups, Copa Del Rey, two Europa leagues and two Champions league final appearances are not bad achievements with ATM.

Really need to see this team taken to the deep waters, that’s one thing the CWC and preseason didn’t give us, and that’s still why Liverpool and Arsenal are still stronger than us in the league ….need to see us come from one or two goals behind or escape narrowly with the three points in enemy territory, can’t wait to see that from this team
