Let's not get overly emotional. I admit that what she did is clearly repulsive, but I am only presenting the relevant circumstances around the event.

First she did not do it intentionally. Intent is very important when deciding on punishment. I think for now we all agree that she did it, unless video evidence proves otherwise, and what she did was clearly wrong and repugnant. What we disagree on is merely the severity of her punishment. As far as I know, intent is a key factor in determining punishment in law.

Nobody can say with prove that she intentionally urinated in her box. We think she may have done it intentionally but there is no prove of that. We know that she was not fully in control of herself when she did what she did. For god's sake she was drunk and this is enough to say that she may not have intentionally done it. And in law you must prove beyond reasonable doubt. There is reasonable doubt here so that throws out the whole she did it intentionally claim.

Her primary offence is recklessness and irresponsible conduct which should be punished. But disqualifying her for this would be absurd because big brother himself provided the unlimited alcohol that possessed her and controlled her to act in this reckless and irresponsible manner. So Biggie should be blamed for not regulating their alcohol usage.

Now the health and hygiene concerns you raised are valid. It is unfortunate of course the situation Dede is in but health hazards of this sort to a degree should be expected in a house filled with 29 complete strangers. In any case there is nothing, washing with a thorough disinfectant would not take care of.

Can't we just have objective discussions bikonu. I'm not Sultana's fan, and even if I was her actions have gone far above any thing that can be defended by simple fan loyalty. All I have tried to do is to look at the issue objectively or do we forbid logic and reason in this thread. What I believe she did is irrelevant to the case, all that matters are the objective facts.

From what we can objectively ascertain so far, Sultana was drunk and hence could not have possibly done it intentionally. If she can not be objectively said to have done intentionally then she should be punished for reckless conduct but not outrightly disqualified. But if big brother can prove that she did it with the intent to harm Dede then he should by all means disqualify her.

This is the one of the reason why somebody would kill somebody and they would call it murder, another person would kill another person and they would call it manslaughter. The two persons even though they both killed somebody would now receive two different sentences. One life imprisonment, the other twenty years. Both have been punished but to differing degrees based on certain parameters like intent, mental state, drunkenness or substance used etc.

It’s very obviously not intentional. She was saying to Gigi that she was telling her she wanted to pee before she slept off. I think what happened was she passed out and peed on herself which somehow got to Dede’s box. Not a big deal, happens to a lot of people who pass out. Biggie wisely didn’t show it because let’s not shame someone on national TV, Doris in full maliciousness happily went to blab about it in the diary room which imo is unforgivable. Why would you do that? It’s a game yeah but if the producers of the game thought it best to keep it lowkey, why would you deliberately embarrass another housemate? Because she didn’t thank you for washing the clothes when she wasn’t even aware you did? Nobody asked you to do it. Can’t wait for this Doris and her pubic hair wigs to leave.

That would be 'boring' even though I think it would be Koyin and not her. The truth is that I kinda like both of them, but I just want somebody different, with a different type of profile and style from the usual bbn winners.

When the season started I think day 1 abi 2, I immediately predicted that Koyin, imisi, Dede, Jason, Sultana, Isabella all the major players now would be major candidates to win. And somebody asked how I knew, (but by just merely looking at them--- Koyin especially, you just know.)

Anyways, I don't think I responded then, but basically Koyin has the classic physical features that Bbn watchers root for in a male house mate. Imisi's own I knew the moment she removed wig and carried bag on her head and twitter went wild. So very predictable. The other major candidates (Dede, Jason, sultana etc) were all within the bbn potential 'winner-verse' so they were easy to guess too.

It is just Faith and Thelma that are a bit different. Faith is smart, competitive, empathetic, well educated, not up to the bbn standard good looking guy but still good looking, ship-less. I don't think this type of male profile has ever won the show. Laycon is the closest to that, but Laycon had the whole pity narrative because of his looks.

I would want for Faith to win so that in the future we would have future housemates who fit this profile get selected to the house, so that they can play this role, play this Dr faith type of game, to enrich our bbn experience and broaden the scope of what is possible.

Read somewhere that the doctors and nurses association are rooting for him. Dunno how true tho
