The same guy that France pushed to power against Laurent Gbagbo who wanted a third-term. In 2011, Gbagbo's refusal to cede power to this same Ouattara, after his failed third-term bid triggered a short period of civil conflict in which about 3,000 people were killed.
What they are saying in the video above is that, they are tired of the situation Ivoriens have found themselves in presently. No jobs, growing inflation, electoral injustice, amongst others.
Yet, France pretends not to see all these, simply because in West Africa, Ouattara is their reliable accomplice in the quest to keep milking Africa.
