I don't know in which office you're representing but I will stand on my point, the past and present administration are doing nothing in terms of security. They're allocating funds with nothing to show.

Your statement is understandable since your knowledge is little on this matter. I work in these areas and I can tell you that this government has done a lot to apprehend the leaders of these terror groups and also dislodge their camps. The problem is that the culprits in most cases are Fulani who operate with the help of local/indigenous informants, and the fulanis seem to have an agenda for middle belt states as these locations (Kwara,Kogi,Nassarawa,Benue and Niger states) have the highest population of Fulani than even the core North. In some cases they have completely overrun the communities and now control seats of land. The government doesn't want to be seen as one against the Fulani tribe alone and these days most of the governments efforts and operations aren't made public. We who work in these areas know and see their efforts

This is the problem with Nigeria and Nigerians. It is difficult to communicate simple information with a fellow Nigerian and get a meaningful response. I do not represent any office of government, i am a private citizen. i am a geologist and my work demands that i carry out exploration project in remote locations where the average citizen may never get to in his/her lifetime and these areas are typical areas where bandits reside, so most times we have to be well informed about the security of an area before we can work there safely. I have just given you a first hand situation report and compared it to previous government's efforts and all your response was to stick to your pointless point.

I will be the first to accept that a lot still needs to be done as these bandits are trying to set up new strongholds especially in areas where there has been peace all these while. I can clearly see governments efforts, though more is still needed. I will however not say that they have done nothing and have nothing to show simply because that is not true
