There’s no further proof needed that corruption has worsened under Buhari’s government compared to previous years.

Of course you're right If Ben Ayade of Crossriver State could be walking freely on the streets of Nigeria after depleting the his state's treasury without any tangible project to show for it throughout his 8years tenure as governor, eventually towing the path of crosscarpeting at the tail end of his tenure.
