Post by passenger has contradicted what the public was made to believe in the incident involving Ibom Air cabin crew and a passenger a passenger posted online what actually happened

According to a post by a passenger Tunde Ibrahim the Cabin crew got physical with the lady first by pushing her to her seat when she tried to get down after the aircraft landed.

“ I was on boardIt was the crew member that resisted the lady from coming down because of put off phone ar no put off phone.
The lady told the crew that her phone was already on flight mode
After landing they refused to allov the lady from coming down saying they have called the airport securi to pick her up.
Infact they push the lady back on seat for many of us to pass”

it is completely irrelavant now as there are envidence she disobeyed lawfull instruction from the flight crew and assualted/battered staff of the airline and airport.

All she needed to do was behave herself and the whole scenario would have been avoided.
I see her suing Ibom Air but she wouldn't win.

As per regulation jst incase u aint aware.phone should be switched off or put on flight mode.I have used my phone for music wit earphone on my ears severally wit no issues.i tink d cabin woman is arrogant plus d girl come be arrogant plus 2

So for assaulting a cabin crew member,they naked her instead of jst asking her to coke down n directing her to security. Remember all d passengers hav disembarked so there was no way she wont come down at her destination. As far as m concerned, airport thugs were called to drag her down embarrassingly

sometimes it is honorable to just read and pass,which one be off the radar without airlines WiFi…someone that sees nipple and started posting rubbish,as eyewitness he is supposed to make himself available to testify in court…was she the only person on the flight?.

it is not irrelevant. The minister acted in a haste and unprofessional without thorough investigation. Ordering people to put off their phones goes beyond the standard safety practice. There is a video of her fully dressed and being prevented from leaving the plane by the crew and that is totally unacceptable.

it is not the minister jobs to investigate anything. forget that kwam 1 case they were just trying to deflect and gaslight the populace. it is ncaa, faan and avaition police that need to do any investigations and the police job to charge the suspect to court which have already been done as the evidence was already available. The bolded is not entirely true. you must obey all lawfull instruction by the flight crew any disobedience is an offence. that oshiomole and kwam1 were/have not been prosecuted just show we have different set laws for the powerful and ordinary man

innocent that she did not assault crew and Airport staff? She almost suffocated one staff. She would at the minimum from the videos circulating be charged with assault/battery constituting public nuisance. Disobeying orders from the flight crew. Etc she can sue and the police can charge the airline staff for sharing her nude on the Internet

Your own Aviation rules.
You are to obey the instructions if the Cabin Crew at all times during the duration if the
flight which starts once you board the flight.
Both KWAM1 and her case was wrongly handled by the AVSEC, they should have come to the scene with Police and have them arrested

Air peace had sold people's tickets at double price claiming they were late, it was other passengers that called on Oshiomole for help.... Air peace was supposed to be sanctioned for that infraction but he also used his power and influence to deflect the issue

Let's agree she started it by refusing to switch off her mobile phone if that's their rule (airplane mode would have sufficed in most cases), they could have handled it better. The passenger that allegedly snatched her phone and switched off by force should have allowed the airline staff to handle it...The airline staff are definitely not innocent...we all know customer service is at its poorest in Nigeria.

List the lawful instructions here... If you put your phone on flight mode, it's as good as putting your phone off...she said her phone was on flight mode... There is no RF whatsoever on a phone on flight mode and doesn't interferes with the flight devices.. why them no dey tell us to off our phones on international flight??

Its high time the NCAA announce to these cabin crews that Airplane mode is sufficient , people must not completely switch of their phones .

There are BYELAWS that exist within private property like Airports and aircraft that are used by the public
Byelaws give latitude
There is no rule that says flight mode or switch off
The airline have total authority and discretion on that

Thats it. I even browse by connecting to the airplane wifi, if available, as long as its on airplane mode.

The witness sounds like the halve baked. If you watch her reaction inside the bus you will know she has an issue up stairs. I am yet to see a naked video of the lady. When they forced her out of the plane, it was only her cleavage that was visible.

In Nigeria, good customer service is almost non existent. If you dont have money or sabi men up in high places, chances of been treated like shyte is high. That situation could have been handled better.
