She was extremely provocative, The Airline and Airport obviously lack the training to de-escalate such situation.

This is a blatant lie from Ibom Air, as at the time the video was made the lady was the only passenger left in the aircraft, Ibom Air should stop joking with our sensibilities, one of your staff obviously made that video and shared same just to embarrass the lady, was it a passenger that also tore her dress too? You have poor customer relationship and your cabin crew are not properly trained to handle crisis and emergency situations go back to the drawing board and do the needful to prevent a further occurrence of such a shameful display of an unprofessional conduct.

The woman messed up big time. However, the airline also exposed its underbelly in handling such situations. A well trained safety/security personnel could have de-escalated the tense atmosphere and successfully get the enraged passenger down without the need to forcefully remove her.

And I noticed that the officials were also acting for the camera. That was grossly unprofessional.

You'll always have difficult and sometimes unhinged passengers but training is key in defusing such situations.

I first thought so too but I later noticed that what she removed was the curtain the lady was aggressively latching on to (as she was been pulled out) from the passage and that resulted to the lady's tight fitted dress going off too

It was obvious that miss comfort was the only remaining passenger on the plane before she was dragged out and the indecent exposure.

The whole fracas started when she was obstructed by the airline hostess from leaving, which was very wrong.

If she gets a good lawyer, she can sue the airline for millions of naira.

"she was the one, she was slapping matron so so and so anyhow left and right"

if that person who said that sentence knew the exact name of the air hostess who blocked the lady from disembarking then why would any sensible person say it isn't another one of the air hostess that recorded and released that video

Very true.... From d video, it was obvious one of the air hostess intentionally stripped the girl. The management of d airline is trying to cover up. 2 air hostess were at the left side of the girl, one of them removed the girls top.
