Former presidential candidate and former National Chairman of Inter Party Advisory Council of Nigeria, IPAC, Peter Ameh has compared the popularity of the former governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi and the former governor of Rivers state, Rotimi Amaechi using X space.
This was contained in a post that he shared on his official X handle. This is coming after Rotimi Amaechi recently said anyone who thinks he’s popular should prepare to contest in the primary election of the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
In the post that Peter Ameh shared on his page, he said 700 people joined the former governor of Rivers state when he hosted X space while 315,000 people joined the former governor of Anambra state during his X space in June.
Peter Ameh said Rotimi Amaechi is not supposed to be questioning the popularity of Peter Obi in Nigeria.

Amaechi will defeat Obi in any party primary. This is true.

Peter Obi will defeat Amaechi in an open election.

All this popularity stuff is irrelevant as Obi is a coward who flees gladiatorial confrontations, like Party primaries battle, meaning he won't be the candidate of any major or financially powerful political platform in 2027.

The main consideration is that 2027 will be very different as Tinubu will be seeking re-election as an incumbent with powerful resources behind him to use prosecuting and winning the general election.

Nothing at all for Amaechi or Obi in 2027 or any Southerner for that matter.

There is no politician in Nigeria today who can defeat PETER OBI in a free and fare election.

The only route and hope of APC is rigging and destabilizing other political parties.

Amaechi is just trying everything possible to blackmail Obi to get the V.P slot in case Atiku is the presidential candidate of ADC.
