Oga… at this point, your option is to pray; I am not saying going to prayer house oh. You take time of the day daily & Cry to God like your life depends on it. Remind him of his promises to you having a child and sons.

I want to assume you did not take pregnancy preventing substances during your one year of waiting. It's often advised you don't take that after marriage.

It is a pity where you both have found yourselves especially you. However, I think yout wife is not a sincere/honest person. She can't tell me she never knew she had fibroids, that even blocked her fallopian tubes, so how has she been menstruating?
