Prophet I.O. Samuel Defends Adeboye's Seed Call: "Wealth Draws Kingdom Attention, Opponents Risk Generational Curses"

Prophet I.O. Samuel has issued a robust theological defense of Pastor E.A. Adeboye's controversial call for special seeds from congregants, declaring to Kingdom Global News: "He can call for more if he wants to. This isn't unprecedented – he's elevated the seed level to match current spiritual demands."

Samuel framed wealth as divinely instrumental, citing biblical precedent: "In all kingdoms, wealth remains the ultimate attention-drawer for rich and poor alike. Abraham, David, Solomon, and Job – Scripture's wealthiest – commanded influence. You can't fill stadiums for sports, politics, or crusades in poverty. Only the church faces this expectation of lack."

Addressing critics directly, the prophet warned: "Believers today are 'killers of prophets,' mocking God alongside the world. Anyone fighting this grace won't excel in life." He clarified Adeboye's motives: "Papa doesn't need this money. He validates material loyalty to God's Kingdom – tithes, offerings, vows – just as Moses did with Israel in the wilderness."

Drawing a stark contrast, Samuel challenged: "Imagine what Illuminati leaders would receive from world stars they empowered! Yet when God's general asks for seeds, people revolt."

Having observed Adeboye since the 1990s, Samuel testified: "He embodies unparalleled godly humility globally. When you meet him, you'll kneel because you'll find him prostrate before God first. These are critical times – honor him wisely lest you crush your generational greatness."

Citing his mentor Rev. Umah Ukpai (who led him to Christ at 12), Samuel concluded: "Anointing without money is annoyance. Seek first God's Kingdom. All else follows. Brethren, repent – Christ's return is imminent. Don't miss eternity's flight."
