Asking because most people opt for cement or pop application which means they might not know how to apply it properly

A bucket is N20000 but I could work out a discount because of the location.
I only have screeders based in lagos but they too could make sacrifice if I impress it on them because I appreciate that it's not lack of similar products but encouragement that makes me get these jobs.
You are also correct about most screeders used to pop and cement screeding not knowing how to apply basecoat. Not all screeders can apply it and that's why they convince their clients on the ones they are used to. Pop and cement screeding are fast setting and they can do the finish coat same day. Cement is mixed thick with the pop emulsion paint to make it touch dry fast without setting fully.
Basecoat has to dry fully before application of finish coat and it's not as hard in mixing as the other two, so it requires skills to apply it smooth without messing it up but it's still the same time they would both finish as they would use the period the other guys are doing finish coat on a small portion to finish the first coat of a large area and do the finishing the next day or when they are through with all the first coat.
N.B: Just because we call it screeded putty (basecoat) doesn't mean they are all the same. There are grades. I do basecoat that can be used both inside and outside with the same product.

There will be 7 ACs in all and 5 water heaters. Can you help review the quantities and also give quote for Nigerchin, Coleman and other reputable brand of cables you have.

Yes I did, I can't give a detailed feed back cos I'm yet to move into the building. But I'll advice u don't install dem in high traffic area like entrance to hall way,kitchen, etc. U can use them for rooms.
When I move in and put th doors tru series of stress I'll come back with a feedback.
