I met an 80yr old patient in Ijora. She had 10 kids, but only 3 boys survived. The youngest was just 30yrs old. No IVF, No CS! This year, 2 women above 50yrs had babies in my care, one a set of twins. I've also met others and with good care, these women are healthy with no complications.

my grand ma had her last kid at the age of 45 and did not die, so did quite a number of her peers at the time

My family freind was childless more than 20 years.
Went for IVF.
First delivered a set of twins boys vaginally at Isolo general hospital at age 53
Second delivery, another boy, also vaginal.
