Tinubu knows he can not afford for that kind of crisis to happen again so close to 2027.

Yea, Wike is using ibas to take over all institutions and governance structure in the state. By the time Fubara returns he'll only be a figure head. Wikes desire all along was to continue to rule Rivers by proxy, just like Jagaban has successfully done in Lagos. How long this will last is what we don't know. Only time will tell.
