*About the Role*
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Navision Functional Officer to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) system to align with business needs and processes.

*Key Responsibilities*
1. Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) users across business units.
2. Analyse and resolve application issues, escalate complex problems, and coordinate with technical teams.
3. Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes and translate them into system functionalities.
4. Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and testing processes.
5. Train end-users and prepare documentation for standard operating procedures.
6. Ensure system controls and compliance with internal policies.

*Qualifications & Experience*
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a functional role supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
3. Strong understanding of finance and supply chain modules within Navision.
4. Experience in user training, documentation, and change management.
5. Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
