we have not been at UCL for quite a while, reasons Chelsea is at 14th position, we are not alarmed , we have been the most ranked English club but for our hiatus!

Maybe you should go back & read my initial comment....

PSG's current form is better than Madrid, but then the ranking is not based on current form but on cumulative points & coefficients over recent years.

Same reason you agree that PSG is currently better, is same reason I rate Chelsea high on current form (based on just concluded FIFA club World Cup).
