The usual enemies of progress, you are needed here to come and banish "Efulefu" or "Sabo" Mbah for commending Tinubu. As some of us have commonsensically observed, it is not possible for any progressive Governor in Nigeria, be they from the North or South, to be against Tinubu they realise is the most supportive and generously empowering President Nigerian governors have had since 1999. “I must commend President Bola Tinubu, whose vision and wisdom to remove fuel subsidy, have led to all the projects and change to a new transport system that is based on 21st century infrastructure and service for our people. |

seunmsg:Absolutely. They are so bitter and hateful to the extent they remain ready, anytime and any day, to cut their own nose to spite their face. As some of us stated , with the way PBAT moved, it will be only governors with evil hearts who will hate or reject supporting a President who has worked directly to allow them have significantly greater sums of money to do and achieve far more for their people. |

Commendable from the governor, what I don't understand is this, will these terminals and their attendant infrastructures ease traffic along Enugu metropolis? Was there any major road expansion or creation of new ones leading to these terminals. If no,then we may just be running round cycles. A trip from Holy ghost Market to Garki use to be hellish at all times of the day. |

Everyone is commending Tinubu for his visionary economic policies from soludo to Otti, from Otti to madam Ngozi to MBA....only obi is saying otherwise. |

Slytiger:This is brilliant and beautiful, these are the sorts of forward-looking stories I love to see coming out of all parts of Nigeria. The terminal and CNG-fueled buses would crash the cost of transportation for folks in that State if properly managed as CNG is the cheapest fuel source that's way cheaper than PMS from even the Dangote Petrochemical Refinery in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. Ogun and Lagos States looked like they were gonna be the FIRST States to mass deploy CNG buses with that viral video of Dapo Abiodun speaking confidently about it in 2023 and Lagos State promising massive deployment of CNG buses by December 2024. NOT one of those are in sight in large numbers. I MUST commend Lagos State Government though for launching 150 CNG 40ft trucks in late July 2025 for the massive "Produce for Lagos" program which is essentially meant to crash the cost of foods by 50% as part of the integrated food program. Kaduna and Enugu States are full-steam ahead with over 100 CNG big buses here. Kudos to the two States. |

seunmsg:Efforts of Mr President? I’m sure you are referring to him making more funds available to states through removal of subsidy. But lemme ask you, where Ogun State’s achievement from the more cash made available to them? Where is Ondo’s achievement? Ekiti nko? Whilst we hold our governors by the highest of standards and are their greatest critics, you are cool with your governors’ ineptitude as long as they are singing Tinubu’s “on your mandate.” Shame! |

Beautiful. This is impressive and I commend Gov. Peter Mbah for a fantastic job well done so far; Enugu got it right with him as the state helmsman. I couldn't help but notice though that the buses don't appear to have been manufactured by Innoson or am I wrong? The same way I cringed when I read a news item that the FG gave approval to the NEDC to import electric ⚡ buses from China is the same way I cringe when I see deals that could've gone to our local automobile manufacturers (empowering them, creating more jobs, encouraging them and saving scarce fx) going to their foreign counterparts. Methinks the southeast governors and indeed the SEDC should be in the forefront of patronizing Innoson and other vehicle manufacturers in the region; no reason why all the SE govs aren't driving the highest range of Innoson SUVs along with other ranges of the manufacturer's vehicles for their wives, political appointees, security agencies etc. In the same vein, no reason why the SW govs aren't driving the highest range of Nord, Stallion, Coscharis, Lanre Shittu etc along with other ranges of these manufacturers' vehicles for their wives, political appointees, security agencies etc. |
