I opened account with Optimus by Afrinvest, and since then I can't make withdrawals even when they promised that my current tier can make up to 400k withdrawal. The system keep saying my kyc verification is still being reviewed after a month. Pls how do you resolve problems with their KYC verification. I have called and spoken to more than 30 of their customer service. I have written more than 20 emails to all their various customer support email address. I just recently discovered via Twitter that a lot of people are going the same challenge. Please who can assist me. |
