Fellow nairalanders, this is what i met at my entrance this morning and i am 100% sure that this is the handwork of my Landlord

Just because i am owing him one year house rent and i promised to move out this December

He threatened to show me shege, although i don't have evidence but i am 100% sure he is the one

No other person can do it.

Pls nairalanders i want to take this matter up legally against my Landlord.

How do i go about it?

Go and make peace with him and leave his house peacefully, you cannot gain anything fighting him except trouble....

I wonder how you are going to feel if someone owe you 1 year rent. You're lucky he didn't kpai you. Go pay your rent please.

This is terrible. A whole year without paying a rent? Not even paying by bit but decided not to pay because I can swear he is eating, him the carry women, him the buy clothes. This is absolute wickedness.
One thing is there is a genuine efforts of paying: 2, 3, 6 months but nothing even paying for a year and still awaiting to leave by December. This is a no for me.
