Re: BREAKING: Nigeria’s Inflation Rate Drops To 21.8% by givedemwotowoto:
It dropped because of drop in demand as people can no longer afford basics, but APC watch as the terrorist party will try to take credit thinking Nigerians are ignorant.

givedemwotowoto:
When economic activity slows down, inflation naturally will drop. It happened in the US towards the end of Trump’s presidency due to slow economic activity resulting from Covid.

With the high cost of living and extreme hardship in Nigeria, economic activity is beginning to slow down.

Inflation is expected to drop, and we all know that this government will use it as propaganda to try to create the impression that their policies are working

Notice the recent drop in import export? Traders are slowing down imports because retailers are struggling to restock and demand is dropping from consumers, but this government is already using this concerning trend for propaganda

Bunch of propagandists!

Food inflation keeps rising but headline inflation keeps dropping?
NBS needs to explain this their arithmetic because even energy prices are not falling which are the main drivers of inflation

This is ABSOLUTELY TRUE anyone who says otherwise is a BLATANT LIAR.

The prices of so many things has not been going up, a lot of prices of things are coming down.

That's the TRUTH. I will only wonder why some people who have been crying that prices of things were going up are crying even more now because it is coming down. It only shows a mental disorder.

Which food inflation keeps rising? Don't you go to the market?

Rice is down
Beans is down
Garri is down
Palm oil and vegetable oil are both down
The price of seasoning has been stable for the past few months.
Even golden penny pasta that at one point was around ₦1400 is now ₦1000

Don't let hate make you deny reality.
