RIP sir,since when this the lost is fortune his life never remains the same,I remember some years back when I had an encounters with him in Iwo Rd Ibadan.He was so annoyed with me cuz I called him out to people he was in public bus going to Ife that night.He got angry and started abusing me but bcuz he is an elderly man I just maintain my steeze and walked away.

But why would you too call him out to people in a public bus, that's like trying to embarass him.

Rest in legend!!! One of the few actors I look forward to and I never met you in person till you died.

He stopped acting a long time ago and I remember watching an episode of one of Kunle Afod's show, where he visits veteran actors and actresses. Afod visited him and everyone supported however they could.

I've been watching this man on Yoruba video scenes since I was so very young. He contributed towards growing that industry. Many will no know he's an icon until now that he's gone.

I watched a video of him on Agbaletu TV on Youtube just 8 days ago where he said he was tired of being rich only in movies. This money sef - a friend once said that the more you pursue money, the more it runs away from you.

I thought he was older than 70 but anyhow he can now rest from this unfair world.

Chief Kanran lived on the same street with me when I was a child.

Always trekking and always minding his business.

He always acted rich man in movies, but was the exact opposite in real life.

I stopped seeing him after we moved to a new street.

Ironically, the new street we moved to had Yomi Fash Lanso living close by.

Does anyone remember the film called Adun he acted in alongside Alade (RIP)? I think it was released in 1993 or 1994? I've been looking for the movie's soundtrack as there's this particular song in it that I loved a lot back in the day. was played when someone had gone mad walking the street, as I recall.

Doesn't appear to be any detail about the movie online.
