1. When Tinubu was Governor, I benefitted from his education subsidy as a student of LASU.

2. Secondly, I currently sell properties around LFTZ and LFTZ was created by tinubu. A plot of land sold for around #1m in 2014 when i started living here on the Island. Today, it sells above #20m per plot.

Calculate how much I make from selling plots of land every month. You can add the money I make from giving out short let apartments.
