Europe has since grown to learn how to accommodate one another, building bridges and not walls.

On the contrary, in the last 20 years Russia has made several incursions into Ukraine (Donetsk, Crimea etc), Georgia (Abkhazia, South Ossetia), Poland and so on. Everyone cannot be wrong… if Putin wanted to play ball genuinely the EU would’ve been more than welcomed to have him on board, but no, he’s a principalist that wishes to expand his communist believes on Europe.

NATO never setup shop in Ukraine yet he went to war with them over a hunch.

He has forgotten that the same madness he has was once ubiquitous across Europe and empires rose and fell. But in 2 years, he’ll understand, nuclear or not the EU has woken up. Contributions to NATO is now 5% of GDP across Europe.

How you lot imagine that Russia can conquer the world is laughable.

Trump was too full of himself, the breather he gave Putin when he ascended to power helped him restock, as of when Biden was leaving office Russia was begging for soldiers from its allies, the odds were against him. His right hand man (pregozhin) had matched against Moscow, a terrorist attack happening Moscow, a long range missile was fired close to Putin’s home, everyday was Putin threatening to launch his nukes, but in came Trump and killed the momentum, and voila, it backfired.

I know for certain he’d be turning in bed tonight….
