To be honest, I wasn't a fan of Imisi at the beginning of the show. I was indifferent about her huge fanbase and how she gathered them, but guess what? I'm actually growing to like her now! She's one girl who won't back down from a fight, no matter who she's up against. You can't bully her; she's too fierce for that!

Some people are comparing her to Ilebaye, but they're different personalities altogether. Ilebaye rode the sympathy wave during her season, while Imisi isn't looking for anyone's pity. She's all about going head-to-head and speaking her mind, no holds barred! [b]Imisi doesn't do tears during arguments; [/b]she's too busy throwing shade and keeping it real! Ilebaye cry during little argument. but not Imisi – she's a whole different vibe!

I saw somewhere that Imisi is a hybrid of Ilebaye and phyna and I kinda agree - With Phyna part being more dominant.

I think most people are already coming to terms with the likelihood that she's winning hence the subtle pushbacks, even though I already mentioned it here that nothing's changed and Nigerians as always pick their winners in the first day. She's clever but even I have to admit that she's been consistent plus she's a natural

Back to the fight - I think it was cos they already had a tiff before cos I didnt see what necessitated the reaction from imisi - She was already angry Kaybobo denied her on the Thelma issue. I already suspected when she didnt even go near him on the dance floor as she usually does.

Kaybobo also didnt do himself any favors and could have worded her privately - I dont think he expected such a reaction and in hindsight, I think he'll be regretting how it turned out, cos in all honesty he did lose the fight and all the respect she had and was showing towards him were thrown out.

Anyway, I'll be watching their dynamics going forward. I do doubt that things would return back to how it was cos I dont think Kaybobo will let it slide

LOL. Geez, I doubt you're a good student of history, and I don't mean it as an insult at all. You're a veteran in this game, even in the day-to-day Nigerian or human lives to be saying this.

Humans love underdog story dieeeee, especially Nigerians that are obsessed with grass to grace story. Pity will always take you far and also win you this show unless the organizers find a way to take out the viewers power to crown a HM the winner. Nigerians will repatedly fall for a rehased strategy, we have short term memory. Let's watch and see.

After the fight with Rooboy and Koyin. They all discussed in the house to avoid getting in issues with Imisi, so it doesnt look like a gangup. Even Rooboy said that most people on the outside will be on her side cos of how it looks

They all avoided it cos they knew she was guilty and Imisi doesnt listen to take corrections but attacks the person back. Think they are onto her but nothing they can do cos its already too late.

Not sure they could have from inception too. She's the chosen one this year.

I can't really remember Kim's first coming script, because she got kicked out within 3 weeks which was pretty early. Her second coming was a bit memorable but we all know where it was going to end. But you are right, they both have a similar act in terms of beauty and carriage.

Dede's script worked because this season didn't have any alpha males that were there in the first coming of Kim. That season had so much strong characters both on the male and female sides that Kim couldn't shine. Imagine Dede being in a season of Tacha and Mercy with the likes of Mike, Ike, Omashola etc. She wouldn't have had all the male eating from her palms. No way.

I remember how I kept telling people that there was some attraction there - Between Thabang and Khosi at the initial stage and they were saying the opposite just like how the Dede thing is playing out. She also kept calling him her brother, friend bla bla bla.

We are getting somewhere. Only problem however is unlike Khosi who bares her emotions and is very readable. Dede masks hers a lot and would take a lot for her to become emotionally vulnerable - For this to happen, Koyin would have to take it up a notch and catch her unawares
