It's weird but only abacha comes close or exceeds him in terms of achievements...



I said weird because the military regimes always criticized to be repressive seem to have achieved more than democratic governments in terms of development of infrastructure.

Most of the infrastructure still being used in Nigeria today are from military eras.

The economy was collapsing under his watch, he left Nigeria worst than how he met Nigeria. Did you not see the damage the annulment of the June 12 election cause in Nigeria?

The Military regime has no unnecessary bureaucracy that slows down progress. The military uses decree. You like it or not, the move.

Inorder to eliminate the slowing down via unnecessary bureaucracy is the reason why this administration operates on another level while meeting their set goals in short time frame.

There was security
Nigerians weren’t dying like chicken everyday as it is now.
1989 he employed minimum of 400 workers per state including Abuja through Federal Ministry of Works and Housing tagged ERP. I am a beneficiary and a happy senior citizen today.

June 12 annulment caused a lot of damage.

Which infrastructural development are you talking about? Except from Abuja which be pumped oil money in, there's almost very little he achieved. All the federal roads were in poor condition when he took over from Buhari, they were still in poor conditions when he stepped down.

He did nothing in the power sector too. The economy got bad under his watch
