You're obsessed with fashion, highly detail- oriented, and passionate about digital innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation & Strategy

Plan and produce scroll-stopping visuals and short-form video content aligned with our brand voice and seasonal campaigns (e.g. prom, bridal, cultural events).

Capture in-house content, including behind-the- scenes fittings, tailoring sessions, and client testimonials.

Leverage Al tools (ChatGPT, Canva Magic, CapCut Al, etc.) for content ideas, caption writing, and creative execution.

Maintain a consistent and on-brand content calendar that aligns with product launches and marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management

Own daily posting and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes, trends, and new features (Reels, Threads, Al filters).

Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and tags to build and nurture a vibrant online community.

Lead Generation & Paid Ads

Create and manage both organic and paid campaigns targeting prom-goers, brides, bridesmaids, and lovers of African/tailored fashion.

Run ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, optimising for ROAS and conversions.

Collaborate with the sales team to turn social engagement into bookings, consultations, and sales.

Maintain daily records of sales, chats, and customer engagement activities.

Respond to DMs, comments, and tags in a timely and professional manner.

Write, edit, and publish high-quality content (captions, blogs, visuals)
