What i was trying to point out is that for you to build your 340 cells pack or equivalent, you do not compulsorily need 340 cells. lol. Instead you can use 6 cells of 46AH capacity in 3S2P configuration to achieve similar kwhr or whr accordingly. You just need bigger cells and that's what i pointed out to Tetralogyfallout. There is also 4680 of around 22-26AH pioneered by Tesla.

Are salvaged cells of bigger capacities readily available like 18650s?

How big a battery can they handle in your opinion?

I have been muting the idea of using a SLA charge controller{preprogrammed} to charge LIFEPO4 and was already shopping for small LIFEPO4 BMS that can peg what goes into each cell at 3.65V or 14 6V of 4S.

What i discovered is there are cheap mppt charge controllers that work well but preprogrammed to setting close to LFPs.

Plexiglas or Plywood(MDF) for the cover-up.

You should first do a good clamp with threadrods and metal plates or hardwood.

Depends on the size of the battery, a laptop charger and bulk converters are needed.

Over 3000 piece available. Did a resistance test and the results are between 0.20 - 0.50 milliohms which shows they are most probably in good health. I was actually told they have not been used. Will conduct capacity test by weekend. Expect price to be between 13k to 15k per piece.

It can be integrated to improve PV harvest, but be sure you know what you are doing first.

Lifepo4 4s

Most smart BMS come with both lifepo4 n liion profile. Unless it's non smart BMS.
