Who is surprised? This is from a government that has long legalized lies and propaganda as official policies of governance? Why not first inform the CMDs or CMACs of the new development first to ensure a smooth implementation in their localities? Why the haste to create confusion? Those who live by lies and propaganda will die by same. |

The question should be directed to the Medical directors of those institutions unless you want Tinubu to go down there, collect the payments and issue receipts himself. |

To Tinubu everything is politics, if his supporters are calling Peter Obi "gbajue" even with his performance fixing things while not in office what should we call Tinubu who is currently in office playing politics with lies and propaganda? Nozarashi:So what is Tinubu a leader for? to issue directives that his appointees will throw into the trash right? And you people praise him as the best and the most courageous leader that Nigeria has ever had. That's how you guys keep telling Nigerians to hold everybody accountable except Tinubu like he is a mannequin who seats in Aso rock for decoration, the same Tinubu issued state of emergency in Rivers and before the senate approved it Rivers government house was already surrounded by soldiers, now something that will benefit the citizens 5 months after has not been implemented. My happiness with the whole thing happening is that Tinubu has really exposed a lot in Nigeria, now I know the regions that want a working country and the regions that don't... |

Government that scams its people. Why make a pronouncement without follow up? Special Assistant to the President on Social Media, Olusegun, had in a post on Monday via his X handle, Daddy DO @DO Olusegun, said that Federal Medical Centres all around the six geo-political zones, dialysis costs N12,000 per session under this administration. “Please verify,” he added And yet the mpama himself did not verify. |

Somehow, they are still going to win the 2027 elections. Only if some set of smart Nigerians can develop a strategy on how to outsmart these politicians that the masses obviously do not want. How are we even sleeping on the fact that they are still winning elections left, right, center 🤷🏻♂️ |

If you're healthy, you are already wealthy. Take care of your organs, avoid heavy drinking, toxins, pray if need be. The best thing is NOT to need dialysis. Racoon: |

Like most of Mr Tinubu’s policies, it either lives on paper or when implemented is disabled and deformed cc. the refineries. We need someone with a long professional career, younger and active, who can micromanage his ministers. Spend hours reading reports and contracts. I watched a documentary on MBS, he works 11 hours a day, always on his feet, very aware of everything that happens around him. Tinubu is a geriatric and has spent the better part of his career in the informal sector, hence lacks the qualities to manage the affairs of Nigeria like a businessman/professional. It’s one thing to take photos that makes you look like you’re working and it’s another thing to actually do the work. His age and disengagement from the formal work environment is a huge disservice. I bet the man can’t sit through a 4 hour presentation and be present. This is not an attack on his person but an honest assessment of his abilities. Fashola micromanaged Lagos and it yielded great results. What I believed happened here was, he was told to sign, but didn’t read the document enough to question its implementation. |

This is good investigational journalism. This is what we want from our journalists not hearsay. Most or some Nigerians are corrupt and will never allow a laudable free or semi free program succeed except they are deeply, deeply monitored and sanctioned. Since I was born,I have never seen anything free in Nigeria except now. God bless this President. We will never forget you especially for these freebies. These are some of the free things President Tinubu has given Nigerians within his two years.... NELFUND. CONSUMER CREDIT SCHEME. KIDNEY DIALYSIS almost free treatment. (Haemodialysis is expensive, costing approximately N150,000:00 to N250,000:00 every month excluding Erythropoietin injections weekly) Nigeria Technical institutions are free. They live in school free. They eat free food. They even collect #22,500 every month. Old pensioners get free medical treatment in Nigeria. |

If he gave the order, what’s delaying the implementation? That’s the problem. Gap in communication. Hospitals may be waiting for further directives, as they call them. Aside from giving the order, what happens to the dialysis supplies? The FG must make provision for the gap in costs for dialysis supplies. It that is not done, then the order is a waste. Hopefully all issues were put to consideration before drawing their conclusion. Again, it is sincerely hoped that hospitals will not request patients to purchase their own supplies, as a way to meet up. |
