What is your mother's qualification and what has been her rule in the school?

Truly, some workers get underpaid while others that receive poor salaries do not merit to earn more. This is why I ask for your mother's qualification and what she does or did for the school.

You didn't answer the first part of the question. What is the woman's qualification?

I will not send my children or sponsor someone in a school that employs teachers that have secondary school certificates as the highest educational qualifications. And for such a school, I don't pity those teachers if they earn below the minimum wage. They are not qualified to be teachers in the first place. There are jobs they are qualified for and can do better to earn more money. If those jobs are unavailable and unemployment makes those "teachers" to apply for or accept jobs that are above their qualifications, they must not earn up to the minimum wage.

Stop being sentimental here. Not every job that earns monthly salary deserves up to the minimum wage. There are so many examples. Someone that sweeps a compound once in a week must not earn up to the minimum wage. A cleaner that doesn't work for more than 4 hours in a day must not earn up to the minimum wage. Someone that is not qualified to be a teacher but gets employed for a teaching job just because he or she can manage to communicate in the English language should not earn up to the minimum wage.
