Clearly he doesn’t know what he is doing is illegal.....and a criminal offesne! and he is endangering road users by putting speed bumps on a highway!

I dont believe this is allowed on federal roads in Nigeria but something needed to be done to reduce the frequent accidents along the auchi especially within that poly axis. I still think this is wrong but his action might force the government to intervene

VDM for president in 2027 ,Nigerians needa compassionate leader as president.....this is what state government should introduce to every busy roads to avoid frequent accidents but no the only thing in their empty minds is politics and power...the one in edo state is busy endorsing tinubu and banning a citizen from coming to edo state...

Make dem paint the bump and add signage regarding the bumps to ooooo before people not expecting bumps will get into an accident

This is very serious. Dangote needs to do something about thi. I recommend that he should train people who have nothing less than Masters or PhD as drivers while paying them very, very handsomely.

He is breaking the law. He has no right to do what he just did. This is clout chasing and overreach. If he is so passionate, he could have volunteered to lead a campaign on safe driving with FRSC in that axis and elsewhere in Nigeria. All this na show off. He needs to use his brain. You can't try this nonsense in western country

The sad part of the story is the government not doing what it should and letting civilians resort to self help.
So because they are northerners, anything goes, a young boy without license will drive on the highway and the authorities will look the other way, too bad for nation growth.

I hope he got approval from the government before doing this

Dangote will not employ a driver without a driving license. You clearly don’t know how companies of that size operate.

The problem is that a license in NIGERIA IS meaningless.

There should be a permit for this but due to the public perception govt will overlook it if there is no permit. It's a nice step but most of the drivers knows nothing about road usage, temperament, working with pressure, human behavior, etc. Only a cool headed man or woman should be driving such trucks. Many are just motor boys

Ideally the government will complain and the government has the right to do so. And there is no how those speed breakers will be done well to maintain efficiency.

More needs to be done by Dangote and the Federal Government in ensuring that there are less accidents. Also, there is very much indiscipline on the other side too. Nigerians always in a hurry, Dangote truck dey speed come but you sef no give am road to pass or na that time you choose to cross road.

You don’t pay ground rent for 40 yrs doesn’t make it legal. One day owner of ground rent seizes your house and you cry victimization.
