Same thing happening here in Ayobo ipaja Lagos state everyday both day and night. No one have stop them from collecting money from both napep and bike. They even recuits some boys ( police dogs) to help them collecting the money. Am using this medium to cal on police disciplinary committee to look into dis issue and stop this officers before it gets to something wrong.
