We’re looking for a skilled editor to help refine a powerful manuscript titled *Beyond Biafra – The Living Spirit of Igbo People*. This book explores the resilience, identity, and cultural legacy of the Igbo people beyond the Biafran narrative. If you’re passionate about storytelling, history, and emotional clarity, this is for you.

**🖋️ Role Summary:**
You’ll work closely with the author to polish the manuscript’s structure, tone, and language. This is a creative collaboration—not just proofreading.

**🔧 Responsibilities:**
- Improve chapter flow and emotional pacing
- Refine sentence structure and clarity
- Ensure respectful cultural representation
- Fact-check historical references
- Provide constructive feedback
- Prepare manuscript for publication

**🎯 Ideal Candidate:**
- Experience editing nonfiction or cultural memoirs
- Strong grasp of narrative and emotional tone
- Familiarity with Igbo history (or willingness to research)
- Excellent communication and collaborative spirit
- Able to meet deadlines and adapt to feedback

**📍Location & Duration:**
Remote. Part-time contract over 6–8 weeks. Flexible hours.
