Businesses are started with freebies at times to attract patronage or he might have other motives known to him.

No such thing as free in America......Few of the benefits are questionable like guaranteed custom clearance? IMPOSSIBLE......Even if the owner is well connected, Nigerians will still ship things like snail, ponmo etc. that are likely to be seized. Further anlaysis, who pays for the utlities? The federal taxes? The cost of insurance? All these are overhead costs put on the owner's head, how long would it take for the business to pack up?

Either this is an initial stage venture to lure people in and build a customer base or the math ain't mathing! Before any mumu replies to my comment with tribalistic or sentimental crap, know that I live here in the USA and own multiple businesses.....Don't be unfortunate!
