Good day guys, please I need help on the best app I can use to open a dollar account with minimal charges, I need it basically for credit card transactions, online payments with my card like Facebook(my naira cards are still not going through even after they claim to have lifted the ban) and other payments too

Can I load them with my Nigeria bank for payments? And what's the rate for each, I am not really receiving any dollars at least not for now, just need to be able to make payments on international platforms.. which is best place

When you download any of the app for example Cleva. You have to register amd verify your identity then go ahead to create a virtual card, they will provide you with a Nigerian bank account which you can use to send money to fron any of your local bank. After funding the bank account, go ahead to create a virtual card and then funding it. Check their rate sha
