We were thought that puberty stage start from 13. So if not for standard of having to go to school or learn a trade before marriage. Naturally a woman is ripe for marriage at 13-14 like in the ancient days but because we are in a modern world where women are equal to man, where a woman needs to learn to be independent before going to marriage.
