This is so funny. Sadly corruption wouldn't qualify us to host it.

We don't even have up to 5 fifa standard stadiums, and then there's the issue of security and other issues.

And even if by some serious lobbying we do, the LOC committee would use it as an opportunity to embezzle billions of naira. By the end of the tournament, more than half of the work force who labored to ensure that it's a success would complain of half or no salaries. Our own super eagles wouldn't be left out of the delayed salary issue. If the coach is a Nigerian, he too should forget about salary.

Still after the tournament, everything bought would be looted. From office equipment like laptops, AC, fridge, office tables and chairs to buses cars...etc. Would go missing almost immediately. Just like what happened during COJA, all the luxurious buses were sold to transportation companies.

Nigeria is a wonderful country.

The last FIFA Youth Tournament hosted in Nigeria, then I think one Mainasara was the head of the Organizing Committe.
My company supplied equipment from Lawn Stripers to Lawn Mowers and Stretchers.
By the time another edition of the same tournament held in another country, we were yet to be paid.
The committee finished her job, dissolved and sent report to the Presidency, no payment.
It took God's intervention after sorting Presidency officials that we were paid.
By that time, we have spent the whole money on PR.
