This is really regrettable. Bus terminals? haba. This is for local governments.

Nigeria has enough road and road related infrastructure. We don't lack that. What the Federal government should focus it's infrastructure on is linkages between states. And what better and more strategic linkages is there beyond rail lines.

It should be the Federal government's strategic plan to link all state capitals by rail lines for their lower cost, higher capacity than roads for commercial cargoes.

Railways are economic force multipliers to lower cost of goods and will make our businesses and industries competitive.

But bus terminals?. When I see these things what comes to mind is a government at the mercy of contractors that come up with all sorts of funny proposals just to make a quick buck off a government that is not focused, not sincere and like Obi is insinuating, not strategic.

Only if he could roll out his plans, his visions for this country.

Social Media used to be Peter Obi’s greatest strength. It has become his major weakness.

Amidst many reasons, his oversupply has been a major factor. Even his Obidient members don’t amplify him like they once used to. This isn’t only down to the decline in their number. There is only so much negativity the human brain can entertain per day.

He has built a dark brand associated with death, disaster and doom. Add that to the fact he still has no unique idea of his other than what he has been told to repeat.

The Obidient movement, due to the absence of a coherent vision, are now lost into the world of battling against everyone, their current favourite opponents being fellow ADC members. When they aren’t fighting one another.

Being an antagonistic and irascible group without adjoining positive elements has meant that even their best of supporters know that the game is now up. It is a group in terminal decline. Not to add, a homeless one.

They have no real home in the Labour Party and none in the ADC. In essence, they have become a Vagabond Group. At least at this time. They may be homeless, headless and heading in the direction of hopeless. But they can always regroup, provided they find that leadership they have been lacking for a while.

It won’t come from the most obvious source. Because the most obvious choice isn’t known to take the bull by the horn. Trickier when you realise this bull has no head. The chaos is by design. I must admit, they are fun to watch.

Think of them like Leeds United from that 2022/23 Premier League season. They were deemed to be entertaining and they indeed were. But they went down though. They went down.

You wrote entire episodes just to divert attention from the logical reasoning behind his words how on earth will they be using such an amount of money to build bus terminal? Not even train station oo, same way they told us that they use billions to execute solar panel projects in Aso villa, try and grow up from this mentality of tagging people to be having negative thinking when they suspect any irregularities in what the government are doing, na una Dey make APC think say dem dey work nor carry this mentality cross road if not motor fit jam you 😂😂

It's not misplaced priority if they will buy fuel efficient mass transit Busses to fill up the parks and ease transportation.

Replicating beautiful cityscapes is very good. But we have more important things to do.

We can't have fine infrastructure and a hungry people.

A child starts crawling before walking.... With how much the federal hospitals are deteriorating, that money should have been allocated to stop and change that effect. That's the common man's hope of healthcare.

Coming from someone who failed as a Governor, a sore loser who couldn't fix the major road in his state's capital for 8 years.
The same road that he rode on for 8 years. It's easy to do cho cho cho, but show us what you did in 8 years as Governor.

If not for tribalism and religious bigotry, someone like Obi should have been laughed off the political stage.

In the 2024 budget, which is the operational budget today, the entire budget of all the teaching hospitals across all the federal universities in the country, as well as the federal psychiatric centres, is under ₦100 billion, yet the government has approved ₦142 billion for bus terminals.
They take priority in where they will see funds to siphone, bunch of thieves

Where is your conscience?

Our health sector is highly underfunded.

I have seen Peter Obi on several occasions donating massively to hospitals across the country.
That's one of his numerous achievements.

Our people are dying from curable diseases and they busy carrying out white elephant projects.

It is well.

Misplaced priority! Frittering away scarce resources on frivolities. How can bus terminals receive more allocation than health? How do you explain that?
