Top of the hour to you wherever you are reading this, just as the topic says I want to get a small car for my wife for her logistics business. She's into sales of foodstuffs in wholesales and most times she needs to buy in bulk and atimes do supply which takes a huge chunk of her profit and most time I am also not available to use my car because of my busy schedule, so I am thinking of getting a small car for her to make things easy. I have heard the sweet and bitter stories of car buyers in Nigeria so I want to know if it's reasonable to shop for cars on jiji, not only that I will go with 2 of my trusted mechanic. So the bone of contention is, what are the things to look at for majorly aside the normal conventional check of engine, gear, documents and co. The cars on my mind are Micra or korope because of fuel consumption and parts been easily accessible. Your contributions will be appreciated

Igirigimercenar:ahhh So I am no longer Emmanuel that ran away with old woman money according to that guy that creates account everyday? I am no longer that barber in Ibadan stealing phones according to Ibos here? Now I am niyi ooye? ![]() U didn't even bother to ask yorubas around u if ooye has any meaning but since I don't support obi u must just tag me with anything. I am not surprised I am no longer helinues As for d picture, I don't even have picture on internet cos I am not a fan of it, my FB has just my picture I took in 2017 n it's not even a full picture cos I snapped it inside my car. So that person picture u put, u are on your own. So at my age it is me that will now wear that kind of trouser when I am not an 100 level boy? U suppose add bag for the picture so e go complete n u go call me student. As for where I got the money, I know it will shock many of u that many tinubu supporters are doing well but u have been brainwashed to believe anyone supporting tinubu is collecting 20k For your info I use a highlander 2012 so u can check d price |

@OP. Yes. For sure. The crucial thing is thay you must not skip expert inspection of the vehicle. There are very good mechanics who do expert checks on vehicle before purchase. They have diagnostic equipment that will show them serious issues indicating you should not purchase the vehicle. The can also identify minor advisory repair on the vehicle you can even us to secure discount on purchase price from seller. Make sure to use one of those guys and you should be OK. |

WizardOfNG:God bless I have like 2 trusted mechanic n I will definitely take them there, though I know something's about cars cos I have been driving actively since 2014 The reason y I want to try jiji I'd because once u tell mechanic to find for u it's always a long story, they would have negotiated with the owner before coming to meet u n most time many of them will push u to buy faulty cars so u can always bring it to them for repairs |

If it's same mindset or yours, they can still. get faulty one for you because they know you would definitely patronize them. If your going for tokumbo car, buy from outside, But if it's Naija used, then you can follow your instinct. Factcheck0001: |

minista94:oga boss buying car from outside is not child's play oooo I don't think it's even financially wise now if u are not talking grade A cars by big men. Import duties n documentation will finish u n u will regret not buying the car in Nigeria. If people like E money can have problem clearing cars atimes, person like me no go even try shook head |

It is better she outsource the logistics arm of her business to a third party or she find a way to make clients pay for deliveries. Don’t be penny wise pound foolish. It is either her business is greatly affected or the logistics is greatly affected if she decides to run her business and the logistics herself. |
