3 per states was then. Officially now it will be upto 10 or close excluding 10G connect recommendations. Mind you Nigerian population has drastically increased and is still increasing and the numbers of graduates on group is piling day by day coupled with the insecurity on ground. NDA used to recruite 3 per states but now more than 10 depending on the state population and involvement in the military coupled with the insecurity. Things have changed

I think that information came from Sahara Reporters. No one can say if it was an accurate report however.

depends on the type. Some you'll have to pass through all the processes (just for show) but the OGs youll just go for documentation

This report says above 71 were from a particular local government alone, how many do you think will be from the state?
