Can't Custom leave these clearing cost open in their website for individual to have access to and know the duties they are to pay, even though we know that clearing should be done through an agent, can't we know the actual amount from custom. Then we can negotiate with the agent on their agency fee.

I am telling you. The whole system need to be checkmate… Access to information is the key for business development.
