He quickly borrowed ambulances and medical equipments and rushed to name the hospital after Tinubu when Elrufai already took it to over 90% completion.

Uba Sani is man who is shrewd in propaganda and he makes use of media to project good image of his administration.As a case in point was a the flagg-off of Dry Season Farming which took place with all pomp and pageantry in February .Farm machineries, seedlings,bags of fertilizer were used to form pyramid just for the media coverage but till now the rightful beneficiaries are still waiting.
