I now eat only what I can buy from the local bush market:

No fake food – nothing that’s artificially made or tampered with.

No health risks – food that’s natural and safe.

No added chemicals – zero preservatives, colors, or sugar.

No processed food – nothing packaged or “modern” in my house.

Affordable – good food doesn’t have to cost a fortune.

My girlfriend says I am too “local.” I asked her, “When was the last time you heard I was sick?” She didn’t answer 🤫

From semo to custard and even milk people buy off the shelf, so much of it is fake and harmful—it’s quietly killing us.

Nigeria cows are not optimize for milk production.
They produce milk but there's a certain breed that specializes in milk production but not indeginous to Nigeria, they are mostly imported

That's how I bought bottled 7up when I was weak... My first gulp it was water and salty, the water texture was slimey. I had to induced vomit and vomited my intestines out.

I returned it to the seller and let him taste it, others taste it too.. They all confirmed it's not 7up.

It will be very difficult. I just read this news here this morning, to my surprise, I visited two kiosk, the Cowbell milk I saw is the second one in that picture - the old original well known Cowbell Sachet which they claimed is fake.

I guess you wouldn't know. What if the company is using a new logo ... but the old stock is still in shops? If fake milk is placed in the old package....how will you know if the one you buy is old stock...or fake,? I guess you'll have to look for the laser printed expiry date. They are the ones that should be the going around testing and confiscating.

Well, action is needed not story. The agency should swing into action, recover some of the sachets that are being distributed and have it analysed in a chemical and microbiological QC/QA lab. Tell us the contents afterwards, so that people can know what they have consumed and the remedies, if any. Bring the perpetrators to book and give the consumers good orientation via several media as that will help identify similar food adulterations in the future.
