Are they trying to reap me off or what is going on. Can't Custom leave these clearing cost open in their website for individual to have access to and know the duties they are to pay, even though we know that clearing should be done through an agent, can't we know the actual amount from custom. Then we can negotiate with the agent on their agency fee.

This is confusing.
