At what age or financial stage, shud one decide 2 relocate from city to village, permanently?

Honestly, it depends on the location of your workplace.

If your workplace is in the city, then I'd advise that you build yourself a village house while still staying in the city and hire a housekeeper to look after it until the time you're ready to permanently retire to the village.

But if your village is not far from the city and you don't mind traveling from the village to the city on a daily basis, then you can permanently relocate there at anytime.

Immediately I clock 60...I will like to stay 20days in the village and 10days in the city.

Also, what type of relocation? Partial or full?
Partial - you have built businesses in your present location and you are not moving them
Full - You are moving up to 95% of anything that ties you to your current location.

This brings you to the ultimate question. WHAT HAVE YOU ACHIEVED IN YOUR PRESENT LOCATION?

If you can answer these, then you are free to go to your village anytime you wish or remain where you are.
