This is something Asians won't allow because they already have a massive talent pool in their population.

Despite that, I still appreciate the fact that they allow immigrants to become their citizens because, to be honest, life is not fair and they don't owe anyone anything. They can still use immigrants and dump them like those oil-rich folks of the Middle East.
