Tragedy struck in Esa-Oke, Osun State, on Friday, August 22, when a woman identified as Bidemi Omole reportedly died shortly after arriving at her boyfriend’s house. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

According to reports, Bidemi fell ill not long after getting to the residence of her boyfriend, Yinka, and sadly passed away while still in his home.

Confirming the incident, the spokesperson for the Osun State Police Command, Abiodun Ojelabi, said that Yinka has been taken into custody as investigations commence. Authorities also revealed that an autopsy will be carried out to determine the cause of her death.

The case has sparked mixed reactions and speculations on social media, with many questioning the circumstances surrounding her sudden demise.

Sadly it shouldn’t be a serious case at that. How about fiancée, GFs and likes. Can’t they just visit and spend few days over? No one dictates when death comes. Just the right people doing their job and investigating the crimes properly and giving the right judgement.

If we are to continue with that fear, I doubt anyone would be looking to even host/receive any visitors be it family or even friends. In all May God help us. We can’t be careful enough.

Yinka will probably be in that smelling police cell for as long as that investigation continues. Won’t be charge to court or anything then his family have to pay for the autopsy if indeed they want their beloved son to be free as soon as possible while having to settle “ogas at the top” every now and then so the case can be looked on to swiftly. But if na beg of “oga abeg my son is innocent” dem wan go beg, na everyday threat of “your son will die in jail” from dem “ogas at the top” unless you grease their palm first.

Sorry Yinka, if you are innocent I wish you the best cuz you will sure need it.
