When it comes to HIV,that country has definitely won a world cup in it,and sometime I begins to wonder why FIFA haven't given them a trophy yet

How can Nigeria have only 2 million? Even Benue, Cross River and Abuja should have above 5 million.

Very wrong metrics to use considering our population being well over 200 million.

Percentage-wise, there are less than 1% of Nigerians living with HIV, compared to countries like South Africa where almost 15% of their population has HIV.

Lesotho: 26.2%
Botswana: 22.8%
Zimbabwe: 22.1%
South Africa: 14.4%

Nigeria has less than 1% and has one of the lowest HIV rates in Africa and this means HIV is not a generalized epidemic in Nigeria.

Is that the way Europe and America including Asian have hiv-aid. I think the awareness should be more pronounced in order to eradicate this disease. Government of those area hit most should do more in eradicating the disease

Based on population, Nigeria no is very low.

The more they allow medication for people to live comfortably with the disease to thrive...the more the virus will continue to spread

I believe this should be an estimated number because Africa don't have an articulated data to arrive at this number.

This will make more sense to represent it in percentages of the total population of each country.

Imagine Comoros is 200, from analytics perspective if we don’t know the sample size, it’s useless information
