Oga, there are network challenges experienced in those countries too.

If any American bank experience more than five minutes of network failure in the absence of any natural disaster, it will cease to exist that very day.

I find it puzzling that Fintechs with their small capital base can carry out millions of seamless transactions while our traditional banks that are more loaded with both Human and financial resources ae lagging

Other systemic issues apart from natural disaster have led to temporary network failure, disrupting Bank services to customers in advance countries and we are not talking about 5 minutes here but reasonable amount of time. The frequency of such challenges are not on the high.
