I use an Umidigi Power 5S, whenever I make a call or play a voice note on WhatsApp the screen goes blank till the call or voice note ends. What could be the issue and how do I fix it?

And lastly,I don't think the screenguard can be found in Onitsha markets ,any suggestions ,and I don't know how to take screenshots plus what's the guest mode for . crystal launcher dowland
I just love it cause it has most of the qualities I crave for like the xos launcher sensation turning off the screen button and so on .
PS. I don't know why you guys say that the camera is shitty,it's far more better than that of my previous Gionee phone
